Exchanges & returns

Wrong size, colour different from the picture, or something wrong with the quality? We will sort it out: an exchange for the right size, a swap for an item of equal value, or a voucher for the value of the goods.

How it works

1. Write to vitudurumapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We confirm the exchange and send you the return address.
3. The grips must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. As soon as the parcel arrives, we send you the new size or the voucher.
