Measure, don’t guess: how to find the right size for your Infinity Grips.
How to measure
Place your hand flat on a table, palm facing up.
Measure from the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger.
Compare with the table. In between? Go for the smaller size.

Grip length measured from the top edge of the palm to the bottom edge of the wrist strap.
How it should fit
- The palm ends roughly halfway up your middle finger.
- You can close your fist without tension.
- The strap sits tight without cutting off circulation.
Safety
- Don’t size up: excess material can wrap around the bar (“grip lock”).
- Release your hands fully from the bar when you come down.
- Check strap and palm regularly for tears and replace worn grips.
