Grip length measured from the top edge of the palm to the bottom edge of the wrist strap.
- The palm ends roughly halfway up your middle finger.
- You can close your fist without tension.
- The strap sits tight without cutting off circulation.
Care
- After training, wipe with a damp cloth and let air-dry.
- Store them where air can reach them, e.g. in the included bag — not wet in your gym bag.
- For a deep clean, hand-wash in lukewarm water with a little mild detergent.
- No washing machine, no tumble dryer, no radiator.
Safety
- Don’t size up: excess material can wrap around the bar (“grip lock”).
- Release your hands fully from the bar when you come down.
- Check strap and palm regularly for tears and replace worn grips.
